3.2 Academic Integrity
- You must complete all assessments honestly and independently
- Using unauthorized materials during exams constitutes cheating

User-generated content (messages, uploads, submissions) must:

We are not responsible or liable for:
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

- Payment processing errors or delays

- Internet service disruptions
9.5 Your Responsibility

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
- No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) are treated as completed sessions

If your instructor must cancel:

13.2 Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below.
